About Victor Barzey

Before founding Function R&D, Victor ran technology and operations for Otsuka's European digital health business and sat on the digital health investment committee. Prior to that, Victor spent several years at IQVIA, leading teams across market access, strategy and real-world evidence. 

Media, public speaking & training 

Victor is a media contributor and public speaker covering AI, digital health and product development. He has AI certifications for Claude and Microsoft Copilot, and provides training to leadership teams on how to use AI to reduce spend on vendors, automate routine processes and improve patient experience.
